1. Are you buying or selling?  What is the time frame you need to complete a transaction by?

2. Your name, spouse's name, current residence address, city, state, zip code.

3. Your contact information, phone numbers, email addresses, best time of day to call.

If you are buying: City and/or county, nearest large city, state.
                                 Preferences: Type of property, style of home, 
                                                     # rooms, # bedrooms, baths
                                        Options: Family room, fireplace,
                                                     basement, lot size, garage, etc.
                                                     Any specific need that the property must meet. 

If you are selling: City and/or county (helpful for locating smaller towns),
                             state property is located in.
                          Address, description of property (land, acreage, commercial,
                             residential, farm, etc.)

Your KETTLEY agent's name (if you have had contact with an agent already).
