Are you really looking to save a few dollars on a commission or do you mostly want to sell your home for the highest possible price in the quickest amount of time with the fewest problems?

Sadly, some folks choose so-called discount brokers who often charge a fixed fee upfront, but then simply throw your home into the Multiple Listing Service and are never heard from again. They don't perform - they simply hope that your home sells. If another broker brings a buyer, an additional fee is paid. Often times, the seller ends up paying as much as he or she would have for our full service.

HERE'S WHAT WE DO:

1. We advertise through selected media that reaches simply millions of prospective buyers. Our advertising is extremely expensive but we provide it for you because we know it works.

2. We keep you informed of the process all along the way.

3. We bring only pre-qualified buyers through your home.

4. We negotiate on your behalf to get you your best possible price.

5. We coordinate all the little details that surround a closing and we attend that closing with you and make sure everything is done to your satisfaction.

And we provide you with full service at a reasonable 5% to 6% commission fee which includes one-half of that fee for another broker if they bring in the buyer.
